We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff were very kind and helpful, providing great customer service. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the shower had hot water with a strong water pressure. The hotel had quiet air conditioning and a refrigerator that was always powered, even when the room key was not inserted. The Wi-Fi was also reliable, and we found the hotel comparable to European hotels. Additionally, we were pleased to find that there were no cockroaches, which is often a common issue in hotels.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.

The ladies-only room was cozy and pleasant, with a low bed and a warm wooden floor. The genkan or entrance way step added to the room's welcoming vibe. The addition of a humidifier and facial mask was a great touch. Breakfast was perfect, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The wifi was reliable, and they offered free self-service coffee. The ability to check in early and opt out of daily room cleaning was appreciated. The hotel's location near JR Tamachi station and a variety of food options was convenient. The bed was comfortable and the room more spacious than other Tokyo hotels. The availability of a washing machine and dryer was a bonus.

This hotel is a great value for money with its affordable prices. It is conveniently located in a quiet and peaceful area, close to the Tamachi JR train station and between three major train stations. The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities in the rooms are well maintained. I particularly liked the comfortable double bed in my room and the fact that breakfast was included in the rate, offering a variety of delicious options.
There was nothing that I found lacking or in need of improvement during my stay at this hotel.
